My Approach
Everyone’s mind works differently, so I take a personalised, collaborative approach to hypnotherapy.
At the heart of this work is the idea that much of our behaviour, habits, and emotional responses are shaped by the subconscious mind — the part of us that runs quietly in the background, often outside our awareness. Hypnosis helps us access that deeper part of the mind in a focused, relaxed state, where meaningful and lasting change can take root.
Hypnosis isn’t about losing control — it’s about gaining clarity. In this calm, open state, we can gently explore and shift what’s been holding you back. Sometimes that means working with past experiences (like in regression or inner child work); other times it’s about reconnecting with your strengths or understanding the different “parts” of you that might be pulling in opposite directions.
I work with children, teens, and adults; sessions are always tailored to the patient's needs. There are many approaches. Some clients respond to guided meditation. For others, it’s deeply relaxing their nervous system or focused emotional work. Wherever we begin, we’ll go at your pace — with curiosity, compassion, and care.
